This place is horrible, the pool is never an operational order, the room did have a smoke detector it had the base of it but that's it, the shower had a light water flow, the bthrm mirror frame was peeling, the shower bar was lose, the toilet handle was barely hanging on, the front desk guy got in an argument with someone twice that week Tuesday and Thursday evening between 1-00-1:45 AM yes AM, Tuesday about 4 cop cars showed up, Thursday I had to call down stairs and ask them to lower their voice, my stay was from Mon-Friday, Wednesday I asked the lady at the front desk for room service she said no not until Thursday, I expressed I needed towels, wash clothes and trash bags, house keeping did bring the items to the room. Under the sink the wood was coming up, the mirror on closet door was cracked, the exhaust fan didn't work I put a Kleenex up to the vent, the room phone was junk and didn't even have a dial tune, the lamp shade was stained, the sprinkler system head is not secure to the ceiling, the entire place needs an inspection

Everything was very good, but there was only one towel when if it is a reservation for a couple it should be at least two.

Beware: You may not have a room available even after making a confirmed reservation well in advance. As a Platinum Choice member, I arrived to find no working air conditioner and no backup room available. The hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the only room they offered me had clearly not been cleaned — it looked like someone had been living in it for a week, with belongings and mess still spread out. Another guest checking in faced the same issue, so this seems to be a recurring problem. I was left stranded, forced to travel much farther and pay significantly more for a last-minute hotel. Neither the hotel staff nor the Choice Hotels 800 number offered any real help, and corporate follow-up was poor with an insulting resolution. Travelers beware — this location and Choice Hotels management do not value loyalty or take responsibility when things go wrong.

Wonderful stay ! Spacious room and accommodating staff, especially RAGY at the front desk. Location is perfect. Bunch of restaurants and Walmart around. Close to Washington, DC. Great public transportation system. Park nearby Highly recommend !

They charged my card too many times and Im still waiting to see if they are going to credit my account or if I will have to dispute the charges. It needs some serious upgrading. The pool isnt working, the hallways were hot and the floor felt like it wasnt always steady. The ac in the room didnt work the room never got cool even on 60 degrees.They say its a non smoking hotel but man the floor I was on people were definitely smoking.
