Nice room poor breakfast experience
The room although small had everything we needed including bottled water and biscuits
The breakfast experience was not so good left waiting for 10 minutes before the breakfast came that was only just warm no bacon we then had to ask for drinks and toast not a pleasant experience you expect to be offered and given a choice as soon as you sit down not have to ask for everything we never bothered the second day it’s a shame as apart from that it was nice

Disappointing with the whiff of a pre-2007 stay
I found the place after a bit of hunting, as the ATZ&H name is only on the signage for the parking. There was no problem in getting the key, but as soon as I got upstairs in the venue I could smell the strong odor of cigarette smoke. I unlocked the door to my room and found it clean and tidy with the worst of the smell barred, once the room door was closed.
The shared toilet, bath & shower room had a broken window, but was otherwise clean and mould free.
Breakfast is served in the Tandoori restaurant at the front; the trouble is, for myself and the other guests, is that their breakfast chef didn't turn up so it turned into a minor panic, so that I could leave on time.
So, overall not what I had hoped for my stay, but their coffee's good.

Appalling
The place was filthy. Dust on bedside tables and lamps look uncleaned in weeks. Kettle leaked and had to be replaced. Impossible to adjust hot water for showers and could not get water into the bath. Appreciating it was an old building but it looks like not one penny has ever been spent on it.
TV didn’t work properly and just dropped out.
Unfortunately I would be telling anyone considering staying here to go anywhere else

The room was clean the hosts where friendly the pub across the road is cosy they do food but book there is an Indian ry across road

Fab place
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely room and ensuite very clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely but no vegan milk.
Would definitely stay here again.

4 stars????????????????
The room had been sprayed and was overpowering.
The mattress was not comfortable as it was not supportive.
My room was on the ground floor and dual aspect, in fortunately both run along side a busy road so the room was noisy until around midnight.
Breakfast service started at 8am so no good for me as I had to be at work.
I looked but couldn’t see any smoke detectors in my room.
All in all. I wouldn’t stay here again.
