Air Con badly uncomfortable and AC water drain leak to the floor

Kurang bersih dan AC kurang berfungsi panas, tdk menyarankan menginap disini

This is a rat and bedbugs infested sh*thole with equally bad customer service, do not stay here if you value your health, sanity, and safety. Rat droppings everywhere, bedbugs openly crawling on the bed. I've never had such a horrible hotel experience.
