North Jakarta Hotels with Wi-Fi

While our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage. Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient. If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

My boss has stayed at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue multiple times now, making it his preferred choice whenever he’s in Jakarta. The consistent quality of service and attention to detail have left a positive impression. The facilities are well-maintained, offering everything from comfortable rooms to great amenities that cater to business needs. Its convenient location also adds to the appeal, as it’s close to key areas in Jakarta, making it easier for him to navigate his busy schedule. Overall, Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue has proven to be reliable and ideal for business travel.

Location is great in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Very near to the MKG and also LRT. Many food choices around. This is a business hotel, so facilities are limited but enough for our stay. Service is great, we checked in with a big group and check in process are swift and seamless; and our request to be put into the same floor was arranged before check-in. Room cards are ready waiting for us.

I loved the room and it is quite near with the parking lot, so easy to reach by a private car. When you go down to the ground floor, you can easy to go to mall.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.

Ozone Hotel Pantai Indah Kapuk offers a convenient location near shops and restaurants, making it a decent choice for short stays. The rooms are clean and functional, though slightly small. Service is adequate, and the price is reasonable for the area. Not bad overall.

Clean. Comfy. Put DND at the door, they slipped a note under the door saying they didn’t make the room and would do it upon request. So nice

Apart from the facilities, the hotel is fine for a 3 stars. The facilities are dated, they are spacious and has a good balcony view of the lake. But every time one walks into the room to you have the strong old carpet smell from cigarettes smoke. The gym equipments are really dated and some of the dumbbells have rusts on them. Equipments looks like a last century gym.

I am from pt. I seeing stay at Hariston hotel. I think I am this hotel I recommend. When I have breakfast at Delima restaurant I was welcomed open Wulan and then I was served good dental open Novi, Febi and Helmi. The other staff are also very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Hariston hotel.
