“When we checked in, the room did not provide bottled water, and the staff at check-in did not offer us two bottles of water, nor did we know that we could ask them for two bottles. The next day, when our friends checked in, they received two bottles of water, and that’s when I realized that I could ask the front desk for two bottles of water. So, I went to the front desk and asked if I could get two bottles of water because we were not provided with bottled water at check-in yesterday. The staff member responded, ‘How would I know if you took any yesterday? So please go buy your own water.’ I was taken aback and felt very uncomfortable with the questioning attitude.”
