As a transit hotel on the way from Sydney to Gold Coast, the town where the hotel is located is clean and tidy. The old lady at the front desk was also very polite. She told us that we could have dinner at the club next door and get a discount with the hotel room card. The dinner in the club was not bad, especially the garlic bread. The facilities in the hotel are local Australian facilities, but they are very clean and worth recommending!

The boss was very warm and considerate. He specially prepared a Chinese translation and introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings in detail. The environment is beautiful and the facilities are complete. You can have a BBQ by yourself. You can walk to the beach along the river. You really saw the legendary sharks. You didn't see dolphins, but you saw rays.

The location is good, the room is clean, and there are tableware. I feel that motels in Australia are pretty good. Unfortunately, I wandered around at night and rushed to see the dolphins the next morning, so I didn't have any more fun.

This is an odd review in so far as we didn't have the opportunity to stay. Our booking was cancelled by the owners as we would have had great difficulty in arriving due to the flooding in the general area. Their terms and conditions allowed them to charge us however no charge was made. Not only that, but Sandy spent time giving us details of alternate routes to ensure we eventually arrived at our ultimate destination. With such great customer service how could we, or anyone else, go wrong with any future stay.
