非常好。我這次住的是新樓，全是套間。洗手間相當大也相當先進。單透玻璃加熱智能馬桶等等都有了。之前住過主樓，有點舊，房間稍小。但方便。泳池餐廳就在樓下。

This is a great resort - the best place to stay in the Eastern Townships area for sure. Part of Relais & Chateaux group. Peaceful, beautiful grounds, dock on the lake for water sports , pool, spa. Nice room - 2 nice restaurants. And lots of EV chargers! Only "ding" is no bedside clock - a pet peeve (but there was one in the sitting area.

Have wanted to go here since reading about it in 2019. It was worth the wait. Surely one of the most beautiful resorts we have visited. The food was absolutely superb. Our room, the building where we were and all of the amenities were first rate. The lake is gorgeous. Each member of the staff was welcoming and helpful in every way. This resort deserves the accolades it has received over the years.

Lovely chic hotel in peaceful setting. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable and well appointed. Unfortunately, we were next to the gym which was noisy at times but it shut at 8pm so didn't bother us at night. As mentioned in previous reviews, the air conditioning unit was very noisy so we didn't have it on at night, but this did make the room very warm. We ate at the Bistro on our first night, which was really excellent although very pricey. There is a nice cafe in nearby North Hatley where we had breakfasts as I draw the line at paying $50 pp for breakfast! A lovely couple of nights but I suspect most of their clients are much wealthier than we are!

Stayed for two nights on a trip through the area. The check was quick and the room was pretty. Not large but adequate size. The bathroom was decent. Not special. The view of the lake is beautiful. The pool area is very relaxing. No kids. The spa was amazing. The area is well done and has everything you might want. Cold pool. Hot tub steam. Sauna. And the treatments were excellent and not overly expensive for a resort.

We were returning here after a wonderful visit in 2020 and we were certainly not disappointed. This is a very classy, but discreet, hotel. Although we booked the simplest room category, it was very comfortable indeed with many thoughtful touches, high quality products and felt very homely. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the grounds were delightful for sitting and enjoying the peace and quiet and the wonderful views of the lake. The spa and heated outdoor pool were new since our last visit and are very well done indeed. It is worth booking a slot in the spa as it is so relaxing and peaceful, as well as being extremely high quality. We dined at the Tap Room and enjoyed a superb meal with excellent service. Breakfast was also a delight - whilst the choices on the buffet are not huge, everything is very high quality and the made-to-order hot dishes are the best we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We will definitely return!
