It is a beautiful property and a fantastic team of workers. I would like to mention Sweta, who helped us throughout starting from the booking right upto our checkout. We had a wonderful time!! The Villas are the best rooms to stay in as they are right on the beach. The view is to die for. The food is also nice and they prepare according to your taste, you can give your inputs and the chefs will go out of their way to make sure you get what you have asked for. It has become one of our favorite destination from now on. There is always scope for improvement and I suggest they do something about the internet connection. All the best guys !! The best thing is the beach view. Rooms feel run down. We had leakage in the bathroom. Overall felt like a budget stay.

It’s a old property. But v can enjoy the beach, though nothing lively is there at the beach. Its too sultry as it is on the beach. It has a old ambiance. Of typical goan style. Ok. Not the resort of my style. Just ok

Excellent hotel, location on the beach and close to Panji. Rooms are very good, especially by the beach rooms, well maintained and service is also decent. Only issues is food is below average and south indian dishes are horrible. with repeated reminders also, there is no improvement.

The property was well located but not well maintained. The room furniture etc was old, bathrooms had a lot of seepage issue. Restaurant was nice with good food and wellnpricedbtoo.
