I had booked a room at Sasha's Holiday but unfortunately had to cancel due to a sudden death in my family. I called the hotel well in advance (3 days before our scheduled stay) to request a cancellation, but was met with extremely rude behavior from the manager. Instead of offering any sympathy or understanding, the manager accused us of "playing games," saying that we were booking rooms just to cancel later. They refused to refund us or even allow us to postpone our booking, despite the fact that we contacted them during the peak season with enough notice. It was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful, especially considering the difficult situation we were facing. I would not recommend this hotel based on their lack of customer service and empathy.
