The property worked very well for our group. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for accommodate our families. The water heater allowed everyone to show after getting g back from the lake! Kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING EVERYTHING
This property is beautiful. Spacious, so much room! We rented all 3 levels and it was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bed and a room. Plenty of space in the basement for kids to sleep if they want a slumber party or just to hang out. The owner was amazing at communication. We've stayed at a lot VRBO's and he replied the quickest out of all of them. Kind and gracious. Everything you could want from laundry facilities, full kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, even lawn chairs for use if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Family Weekend
The new house is clean, spacious, and we could see a view of the lake from the decks. There are 3 separate levels that were perfect for our 3 generations of family (13 people). The host responded quickly to questions. There isn't any outdoor space for kids to play in, but it is about a 20 minute easy drive to Yankton & shorter trip to the Marina area. We definitely recommend a stay.

Trip For The Ages
The house exceeded all our expectations! We had 18 guests from 9 months to 85 years old. The house was clean, plenty of parking and friendly neighbors. We loved the large deckwith the view and the rocking chairs. The host was exceptionaly respondive. We would stay here again and have recommended the home to friends.

Very nice house for family getaway. Plenty of space. Stocked well with all the essentials. Beautiful views. Owner is very responsive if you need anything.
