Just returned home from a two night stay at this lovely B & B and whilst the accommodation is absolutely superb it is Helen our hostess who made our stay extra special as we had experienced car problems on our journey there. She is so welcoming and lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her. We certainly hope to return again in the future.

Had 2 lovely days staying at Ravencar B & B. First class accommodation in a beautiful rural location. Helen is a fabulous hostess, she looked after us wonderfully well, nothing is too much trouble. and the breakfast is out of this world. Thanks for everything Helen, we'll definitely be back.

Overall a really great stay. Helen (hostess) was so lovely. Breakfast was amazing Room was comfy, even for me, my husband , 13yr old (small man) , 10 yr old and a Giraffe of a German shepherd there was more than enough room for us all. 10min walk away from a great pub (fox and hounds) allowed dogs and food was great. Walks on your doorstep.

Helen was an amazing host, makes you feel warm and welcome as soon as you enter. Never felt the need to lock my door. Every need was catered for plus extra. Would 100% recommend! Thanks a million Helen! X

booked ravencar via my company for a short work trip. what a fantastic find, amazing cooked breakfast, very clean rooms. very quiet and comfortable, good wifi connectivity, very friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.

Fantastic stay, Helen is a lovely person, nothing is to much trouble. Very nice English breakfast . Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and shower area. Nice view to wake upto seeing beautiful greenery and her stunning horses. Very clean room , tea, coffee , mini fridge. Very relaxed stay and worth the money. Thank you Helen x

Wonderful! My wife and I stayed here for a night so we could attend a near by restaurant and we couldn’t be happier with our visit. Helen was a delightful host and she made us feel entirely welcome. It was a pleasure talking to her and from the moment we arrived, she made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room had a wonderful farm-styled charm to it and was very clean. The breakfast the next morning was sensational! We’d certainly recommend the venue to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Could not have asked for a better experience - from first contact to leaving Helen made my stay memorable. It was so evident that she loves hosting her guests and has thought of everything, down to the smallest details, to ensure your stay is comfortable. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - including small fridge with fresh milk. The bathroom was huge with plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious - can definitely recommend Helen’s special yogurt with fresh fruit and muesli. Lovely lady, lovely Bed and Breakfast.
