To one corner is a study area with an antique desk, USB sockets and bookcase filled with an excellent selection of reading material and board games​. ​French doors lead out onto the sunny patio with garden furniture for 4 and BBQ, perfect for breakfast outside. It is a private and sheltered cottage garden with views across the stream and over the fields. Hidden at the end of the garden is a bridge made from wood from the original reclaimed manger and stable doors, that leads out to the fields and trampolines for the children to play​.
