The rooms are not clean & no ventilation is their in the rooms, the breakfast served is not as good as it should be of Sarover hotels. The staff is helpful but maintenance of property is less.

Your stay become comfortable when the hotel is good ,but it becomes awesome when the staff is good Mr naveen the floor manage was ultra cooperative and quite helpful It's because of him I am giving this hotel 4 stars otherwise slow service will at times bother you . Food was pretty average break fast variety is some thing they really need to work on.

I had terrible experience because when i reached there and asked them for checkin, they said they dont have any reservation under my name. I did it through ******* they denied it. Then after half an hour they gave us two rooms which were stinky and filthy. Even i paid full amount they created scene next morning during breakfast asking us to pay more for breakfast when i have already paid it for it. Highly dissapointing.

Worst stay will not recommend anyone. The bedding was smelling real bad the staff did not change inspite of complaining. Most terrible stay.

If you are looking for a 4-5 star US hotel, this isn’t it. If you are looking for a decent hotel that caters to Indian citizens, for a real India experience, this will work. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are decent, but could use some updating and repair. The common areas are nice, and the hotel restaurant is very good. Free breakfast each morning.
