We recently hosted an event at Tivoli Grand Resort, and it was an absolute pleasure! . The management and staff were exceptional. I has a great experience there. Yesterday, it's was too busy when i got the early checkin in this hotel. Raadha who is in front desk helped me get early checkin and even because we have family function there she provided the best room for our family. Other receptionist and staff members are also very polite and sincere. Loved there hospitality. I loved to stay and make functions in future also.

Washrooms were not up-to-date. They were not even clean. Rooms were okay. Also, the resort team doesn't disclose if the pool is not available for use. Some wedding programs were going on so we couldn't use the pool. We had specifically booked the resort because the pool was there. But what's the point if you can't use it.
