The hotel looks nice but the y're short staffed and untrained. The front desk was constantly unattended. No manager or maintenance available on a weekend. The lobby bar was spilling into the walkways making coming and going uncomfortable. The staff was extremely rude! Go down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn. We spent our last 5 days there and it was wonderful. Both rates are similar but the experience was vastly different.

The hotel makes an immediate welcoming impression, but the 2 desk staff we met just made us feel like long lost family. Nancy and Ellen were kind, polite, and most of all they were fun!

We stayed at this hotel 4 days the end of May. From checking in we loved everything. Nancy was delightful at the desk, as was Theresa and manager Kimberly. Genuinely wanted our stay to be the best, and it was. An immaculate hotel, and restaurant, breakfast was wonderful with Brienne. We have traveled a lot and this is our new favorite hotel! Very modern and well appointed. It could not have been any better! We look forward to taking friends and family there this fall. The staff was the icing on the cake, loved the whole 4 days, highly recommend it!

Nice location and large enough to accommodate our team for the MountainFest tournament this past weekend. Staff was very friendly, and fast. With this being a tournament, it would've been nice to have fresh towels for Saturday night after the girls played in the heat. I did go to the front desk and she provided them. Also the refrigerator is tiny and there was no microwave. The lobby area is very nice and spacious and the team was able to spend some time down there and have fun. The servers were very good at the restaurant there. We were a big group and they managed very well.

New, modern hotel on the main drag in N Conway. Room was nice and clean. I prefer rooms without carpet so this fit the bill. Wish the tv had a guide as hard to know what you can watch. The A/C is pretty loud and the smoke detector has an annoying bright blinking light when you are trying to sleep., that could have been located in another part of room not right next to the bed. $25 resort fee and for that fee I shouldn’t have had to get in the shower and not had any body wash and one tiny bar of soap. They did fill it up later that morning. All in all a nice hotel , small issues.

This is a new hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and a bright, airy lobby. The only problem I had was with the TV remote, which was difficult to fathom, especially as there was no on-screen guide to help me find the available channels. Kudos to the management -- they've got a good thing going at this hotel!

Great location, friendly staff, clean, thirsty towels, comfy beds and lots of amenities. Like have an in-room safe and other nice touches. Only downside is a bit noisy between floors. Would have thought that a brand new building would have been better for sound. Other than that we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I have stayed many times up in North Conway, but usually at the same place. Saw this being built last year and decided to try it out. The staff was amazing, the cleanliness was spectacular, the amenities are state of the art, and the style of the hotel is very simple yet very modern. My only complaint is that the AC unit doesn't allow you to keep the fan running continuously which had me sweating a bit during my sleep. But overall, a GREAT place. Will definitely be back soon!
