School House Inn

I stayed here a few days ago. The lady was wonderful very nice, but when you make your Reservations, beware. The pool is falling apart the only reason I let my Granddaughter swim in the pool for a few minutes was because it was 90 degrees and very muggy. There is no Coffee Maker I had to go out and buy a little one, and no Microwave I had to throw out my leftover dinner. I was in cottage 25 It was nice twin beds very clean, but you go to sit on the porch and you can not see anything the shrubs are way to high, I had to put my chair between. the 2 rooms just to be able to see anything ...Don't get me wrong If you do not drink coffee or do not swim then this place is great for you. For me I get up at 4am and need my coffee. It's in a great location, price was not bad.I just thought it would of been better..... I'm sorry when i got home after a 2 hour ride I forgot to leave the wonderful lady a tip for the room. The room was basic but it was nice.

Quick stay at a nice hotel The manager was extremely friendly. He offered a lot of information about the city and was eager to help. The room was small, but the price was great. It was in good condition and was perfect for what we needed.

Rustic We stayed at this hotel for a night with family, we arrived after 7 pm. Check in was fine, the lady who checked us in was helpful. We stayed in a rustic cabin detached from the main building. Room was clean but very tight for our family of 4. Very little space for our luggage. Bathroom was tight, shower can be claustrophobic for some. They provided 2 small tubes of shampoo, which was barely enough for my 2 girls with long hair. I requested for more, but was told they don’t have any left and will have to wait the following morning from housekeeping. But we never received it the following day. No hair dryer in the bathroom, we also had to request it from the office. Room has small refrigerator, but it has no freezer. No microwave. Room has a portable heater which was sufficient to warm our room. One of the lamps didn’t work, but office was already closed at 9pm when we found out. They do not provide free breakfast, no amenities. But they gave us a jar of pasta sauce! Hotel is located along busy road, near many restaurants. But for the price we paid, it’s not worth it!
