Not a very good experience staying at the fox ridge resort. We had overgrown bushes blocking our view from the outside space from our room. Shower head is really old and not much water pressure. Toilet didn't flush really well and lights in bathroom flickered. Very old and really needs a lot of updates.

Beautiful resort with lovely mountain views. The leaves were turning and just gorgeous. Breakfast was a simple help yourself buffet. My room was quiet and the patio was a bonus. I asked for some help getting my luggage and received it. The staff was nice and helpful.

It was a nice stay. beautiful views, Our shower in the room had very little water pressure. Under the bed had crumbs and hot tub was not working other than that a pleasant environment. Also I am vision impaired tvs in the room shpiuld be a larger size.

We were very disappointed in this resort. It is not accurately pictured in the photos and description on the internet site. It is very overpriced. The building and rooms are old and have not been updated. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, very steep and difficult to navigate while carrying suitcases. Although mostly clean, we found a half finished drink in the refrigerator. Forget the continental breakfast. Stay elsewhere; the mountain view is not worth the price and accommodations.

This is such an unfortunate review. The property is in horrible condition. It holds such potential as a great family resort in a beautiful location. However, it is dirty, run down (not just old) in disrepair and smells. Some of the rooms had wet spots on the carpert (pets?) The bathroom tile had mold on the grout. The doors had chipping paint, there was absolutely no lighting in the back of the property where we were to drop off. It looked like something out of a scary movie. I was there with a bus tour (as the leader) and we had reservations for two nights. We left after the first and stayed across the street at a new property the second night. All of the furniture is scuffed or cracked, the poor attempt at putting slip covers on the lobby furniture just made it worse. I believe this is a management/ownership issue. It needs a total overhaul. Be prepared to walk a long way to get to any of the "amenities" as it is a huge property. I cannot recommend any one stay here.

Good location. Spacious rooms and was on ground level easy access. Has a nice pool as well as miniature golf. Customer service was exceptional easy access to alot of things to do as well as restaurants. Grounds were well kept and a great walk to mostly everything.

Were stayed there as part of a Titan tour group. We received an excellent welcome, cider, cookies, tea, coffee. Our room (120) was very good, spacious and with two large double beds. It had a smallish bathroom with a separate washbasin area. We had a fridge in the room and a tea coffee machine but could not understand how to work it. We were on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise from the room above. Bedroom furniture was rather tired with some items falling apart. Rooms were not serviced but no-one told us that until we came back in the evening to find out for ourselves. Not a big deal for us as we only stayed one night. Tea / coffee was complimentary and available at the breakfast area. The hotel has a good outdoor pool but only a tiny indoor one. Breakfast was a little wanting. It was adequate but no more than that. Plastic cutlery, paper plates and absolutely hopeless for allergies. My wife is gluten free and the staff we spoke to had no idea at all, one stated that one of the items "may" be ok for her. Maybe is not good enough when dealing with allergies!

The stink in the room was practically unbearable. It needed a significant and deep cleaning including the filter on the air handling unit. Tired and outdated decor, stained carpet are the best descriptors for a 1950's resort that clearly has seen better days

CONSUMER BEWARE! this place does not live up to description or expections; clean but very worn & rundown. no daily housekeeping; when we called front desk, the requested towels never came. free breakfast was very limited and sometimes not everything available(ie: yogurt one day and not next 2 days); resort fee added and not disclosed at time of booking; disappointing for the price point; there was no handicap parking available at this place. this was definately a one and done!
