First night AC wasnt working and the room was changed in the second night only after insistence. Room wasnt cleaned for 3 days continuous despite requests. There was just too much noise from the room ceiling, may be the walls are too thin and it is difficult to have a sound sleep

We checked in. No warm cookies that are the usual tradition. The front desk said it's because the hotel is under renovation and they are short staffed to have people bake the cookies.
We booked the hotel only for the hot tub and water park being mentioned as warm water when we called to make the booking the day before.
We come in and the water in the pool is freezing and the hot tub is out of order.
A complete disappointment for the adults and the kids in our party.
We paid extra and booked this property over the Hilton garden inn that is a totally new and cleaner property for these specific amenities.
A total disappointment as we called and made sure before the booking.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn North Conway with my son, who is autistic, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care provided. The manager and all staff members—from the front desk to the cafeteria and pool area—were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly pleasant stay. We felt well taken care of throughout our visit, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so wonderful!!!

I will never stay here again after they renovated the rooms. They changed the air conditioners so they do not cool if you are not in the room. I set the thermostat for 70 and 4 hours later came back and it was still 75. They said that the room has an occupancy sensor so the ac wont work if you are not in the room. That is completely unacceptable. If you pay to stay somewhere than electricity COMES with the room!!!! Just absolutely ridiculous!

This hotel is not as new as some others in the area, but it was clean and good for a family with kids and a little less expensive. Our kids played in the water park for 2 hours each day- so money definitely well spent. The breakfast was pretty good for free hotel breakfast, and they also had some placements and crayons available for kids. We would stay again!

The hotel is under construction. We were on a first floor room and when we were trying to relax the noise upstairs from the construction would be very loud. We would have to leave the room. Also the room temp wouldn’t go down to 67 that we set it at. The lowest it would go was 70 and it was too warm.
