Kids friendly hotel in Cikarang, I have stayed here twice, but the staff lacks initiative to help even though they see guests who want to check in and check out with lots of luggage but there is no initiative to help. Maybe the service needs to be improved again

Friendly staff, overall clean and tidy only there is a glass in the washroom is not clean still has coffee stains, soap in the bathroom is empty has not been reviled. When checking in the queue is very long, about 1 hour. Breakfast is quite good for the taste in my opinion is ordinary. very kids friendly because there is an outdoor and indoor playground, the swimming pool is clean.
Overall it is recommended
What needs to be improved is the amenities if there are 2 people, it should be filled with 2 without having to be asked, cleanliness is further improved. Check-in time management must be arranged again so as not to wait long.
