The hotel was clean, staff was nice. Good location.
My complaint is about the deposit they requested. I was charged a higher amount in my credit card, they said it would be refunded but it wasn’t. So I ended up paying more than I had planned when I booked this hotel here on Trip. That was frustrating.

Internet access is a big problem. Then there is no drinking water. You have to ask for it at the front desk, but you may not get it.

My stay on 7/3/25 was decent overall, but the follow-up experience on 7/22/25 left a lot to be desired. I called to check on the status of my deposit, which still hadn’t been released, and was met with unexpected aggression from the front desk. Crystal, who answered the phone, seemed bothered by my questions from the start. Despite my “yes ma’ams” and “good mornings,” her tone remained dismissive and unprofessional. Without any explanation, I was abruptly transferred to the manager’s voicemail, which oddly stated he didn’t know when he’d be back in the office. As a former Marriott leader myself, I know this isn’t reflective of the brand’s values or standard of service. I’m simply trying to get my deposit returned—something that should happen automatically. Not sure where the disconnect happened, but I hope the call was recorded and that Crystal receives some coaching. Marriott guests deserve better.

We found the hotel and rooms to be very clean which is important to me. But one thing that I find in many hotels today is that they lack cabinet/clothes storage space. Also, people need more hooks in the bathroom, and a strong fan to suck up shower steam. Also, an alarm clock somewhere in the room is important. This however, is typical of many newer hotels.

Great room. Air conditioner got very loud when compressor came on.
Desk staff friendly and efficient.
Paper and cups on outside grounds and small pieces of debris in hallways.
Brighter color carpet (it’s dark brown) would be nicer.
