The side close to I26 is very noisy, not suitable for living, hard to sleep
Chad was very friendly and helped to change the room, the smell was terrible, so I changed another one

I was told this hotel is only 5 years old but it seems much older. It doesn't seem to be well cared for. The A/C housing was broken, the shades were cracked and had holes that let a good deal of light. The room did not feel clean to me and the kitchen had no paper towels nor a PT holder. The staff was very nice but I would not feel comfortable staying there again.

I typically love Hilton hotels; I've been building my points through my business trips and haven't had any issues until this place. I checked in on a Sunday and right off the start I walked into a weird smelling room and noticed a half empty plastic bottle of water next to the tv, and a dead roach laying on my toilet and another dead one under the sink. I normally don't like making a fuss, so I dropped the roach into the toilet, threw out the water bottle, and went to unpack for my week stay, only to find loose hair everywhere from the guest before me and did not want to put my clothing in the dresser that clearly hadn't been cleaned if it had a stranger's hair in it. The bed had hair on the sheets and the mattress was covered in urine stains, headboard right behind the bed had some gross black color to it. It was then that I noticed a half-used bar of soap in both the shower and next to the sink in the bathroom, both also had hair on them. When the housekeeper knocked on my door and asked why I'd been put in this room (238), as she had not had a chance to do a final check on it yet and didn't even know the condition of the room. Got some towels from her, as there were also no towels in my room, and she left. I am unsure if they have a sign in the lobby somewhere that tells us when they come in to do housekeeping, but there was no sign or paper in my room, so I assumed every 2 days after check in. However, come Tuesday, still no housekeeping services, nor Wednesday and it wasn't until Thursday evening that I finally walked into a semi-cleaned room with fresh towels. Still hair everywhere, and the roach under the sink was still there, silverware I'd used taken out of the sink and placed next to it (which makes me question if it was even cleaned in the drawer to begin with). I spoke with the nice young lady at the front desk, and she was apologetic but told me they had inspections this week so it was a bit crazy-which makes me think there shouldn't be as many issues, but according to her they were very busy. Overall, will not be staying here again for any of my future business trips. My colleague was welcomed with a bag of snacks, and I got roaches, no towels and another person's used products. Do not stay at this hotel, the Double Tree down the road offers cookies on check in, and there are FAR cleaner hotels close, if they hadn't made me pay right off the check-in I would have left for a better place, definitely not worth the price of this place.

Don't waste your time or your hard-earned money on this place. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised housekeeping service, which was stated to occur every other day. However, throughout our entire weekend stay, housekeeping never attended to our room. This meant we were left without fresh towels, a room refresh, or replenished amenities—despite noticing housekeeping staff working on our floor. Unfortunately, no one checked in with us to inquire if we needed anything. Despite calling and emailing the so-called manager Pavi Chandraguptha (who apparently never takes your call or responds to emails). I never received a response, or even an apology.
