I booked a room with this hotel many months in advance with a third party website. We arrived 20 minutes to 3pm. Was immediately told that I would need to wait till exactly 3 before I could check in. So we had to go wait in the parking lot. At 3 we went back to the lobby and was informed that they had no reservation for me. In the very next breath they said they tried to contact me about the problem but since I booked with a third party they had no contact information. This seemed very contradictory and made little sense. Was also told there were no rooms available. He basically shrugged his shoulders and gave a very lame “sorry”. We were now stuck 12 hours from home with nowhere to stay. Things finally worked in our favor and we were able to find a better room with another hotel. Once I returned home from our vacation I realized this hotel charged my card for the stay. Again, how did they even have this information when they claimed to have no reservation for me. I contacted the company I booked this hotel through and they were able to get me a refund. Please save yourself the headache of this place and look elsewhere. We only stood in the lobby of this place but the smell was horrendous. Like **** and someone’s awful cooking. I’m glad we didn’t stay there. By the looks of the outside parking lot I was worried I wouldn’t have hubcaps the next morning

Let me tell you this i have never been somewhere that i had been so disrespected by a manger Trunika Rushing. I over heard her calling my kids brats. She would not give me towels,toliet paper, etc... Shes very unorganized. She would seriously sit at the desk refuse to help me and the assitant manager latasia would have to help me. Latasia could not have been better to my family and i. I will never give any recomendations and i never will be back. Ive never been anywhere restraunt, hotel, stores anywhere and been that disrespected. It was the worst experince i have ever endured.

I'm really enjoying the hospitality. And the service is excellent. Thanks to Mark smalls and and staff.i would recommend that anyone stay and give it a try. I promise that you wouldn't be disappointed

They have been charging me a weekly rate for 12 weeks and then came to say I was late and didn’t pay the right payment. So I was going to call the office to mark sure bc it was odd by that time someone ran my card for a week before I needed to pay and some odd number of back pay when I have been paying the same payment. No one called me about this they just ran my card that was on file for fun. I went to use my car at a store and got declined be he ran it for 879 and went into negative before I even get paid on the normal Friday so I guess he decided to go and take it without calling or asking if this was ok. This is a legal issue……..

Hands down the best hotel/extended stay place to stay at the costumer service is top notch and they're always on top of anything and everything you need from towels dishes to soap whatever you need the make sure to help get it for you. The rooms are super clean and very spacious the GM mark is very friendly and always ready to help out when he can. Brittany is a sweetheart southern girl who's super sweet and nice and willing to make sure she has you amenities for you rm no matter if she gotta stop and help wash dishes or laundry one heck of a gal Diamond is also another sweetheart always will to help with anything you need and makes sure your stay is the best. Arkez is one heck of a young man always on top of his job and makes sure you vist is the best and if u need anything for your room he's on top of it. So all in all this is one heck of a place to stay and I've definitely recommend to many of my friends and family to come stay here when they need a place to stay especially cause the beds and pillows are too notch comfortable.

The hotel promotes being pet friendly. Indeed they are to the expense of its guest. Dogs baking throughout the hotel till late at night and early in the morning. Not a place for a peaceful evening or sleep. Guests with pets, big or small, are spread throughout the hotel. This means there are no "pet free" "no barking" section in the hotel. In addition, the hotel does not have a "bred" exclusion list; verified by front office. This means guest are not safe from pitbulls walking in the narrow hallways as they pass by to their rooms. The other issue is the picture of the room on the company website does not match the actual room. The furniture is scratched and beat up; not classy. Definitely a "bait and switch" set up.

Should I begin with the guy working on his engine in the middle of the night or the filthy carpets or the coffee cup rings all over the counter. Had to buy disinfectant at the Lowes next door to spray around room. Didn’t trust cleaning standards. A clear room is everything.
