I am experiencing a room charge discrepancy versus what I have in writing from Marriott for our 3-day stay at this property and have been overcharged by $78.66 that management refuses to refund. Marriott Bonvoy Customer Support acknowledges the issue and have reached out the Executive Office of the hotel, but have not received a response. As such, I have been forced to dispute the room charges with my credit card provider. This is quite unfortunate, as we otherwise very much enjoyed our stay. As such, BEWARE THE MANAGEMENT of this hotel and take your travel business elsewhere!!

The hotel was very nice to stay in and cleanly, the Hotel Manager Mario always made sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. I am unsure why there are 3.5 star reviews it deserve a 4star or above. We are from Orlando so we know hotels well

The staff was amazing, very helpful and gave great tips for us being tourists. The rooms were very clean. This hotel offered free breakfast and happy hour Monday through Thursday. No request went fulfilled. I would absolutely come back to the same hotel. The location was close to beaches and airport. The full size fridge allowed us to store our leftovers and drinks. The rates were spot on.

Very friendly and helpful felt welcome and loved the food! I felt like I was basically home l stayed for over 3 months and the customer service was excellent Mario Barrios in specific was a great help and provided excellent service, I will definitely come back soon.

un hotel bien basico, casi casi como un motel, no me dieron la habitacion que reserve, pedi cama extra grabnde y me dieron una queen, el desayuno es en un espaico de desayunador minimo con platos descartables y si ellos levantan el desayulo lo hacen aunque te estes sirviendo. sin areas comunes que correspondan a un hotel. No hay nada para comer cerca, tienes qu epedir delivery o comer comida pre fabricada de la maquina
