The room is not small, the bathroom is big, the soundproofing is a little poor, you can hear the music and singing next door, the breakfast is not bad! There is a Trader Joe's nearby.

The staff is enthusiastic and warm. The surrounding shopping and dining are very convenient. No membership, no mineral water. The room is small, parking is free and breakfast is included. Will choose it next time.

I don't know who recommended this hotel to me. I forgot. It's about $15 by taxi from my daughter's university. I usually walk for an hour to exercise. It's OK. There are shopping malls nearby.

When I read the reviews I understand why most guests don't like this place.most of the front desk staff lies too the manager ray and he believes them. I can prove all the complaints I had. This time I called in advance and told the front desk person the kind of room I need. She told me she was off weekends but will get a top floor corner room. I needed quiet. When I arrived the other person told me that wasn't available. Only room 317. I went upstairs and it was in the middle of the floor. I knew it would not work and since the other person told me she was putting my request on my res I was a bit shocked. I went downstairs and put the key on the desk and told the person Maggie I was going to make a phone call. Obviously she lied to Ray and told him I threw the key at her. Take a look at the camera and then apologize too me! A few months ago i called to see if I left sneakers in the room. I asked the person answering the phone for her name and she refused. Another issue with the gm not caring how guests are treated. 4 months prior I was staying there and asked the girl for some water and she pointed. Did not even look at me. What makes it worse when we started to argue I told her to call the gm at home. She intern told the gm she wanted to call me. Actually I insisted. Unbelievable. This gm must be naive.he believes the lies fron his staff. He told me last year that he wanted to leave and go somewhere else to work. Of course I didn't stay there again but this group is devious. I will take this up with corporate

We travel to this area frequently, and we choose this hotel, is convenient and close to everything we need.
Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Properly clean also. Beds are super comfortable.
Friendly staff. I don’t live the breakfast but I don’t mind skipping it.
