The Ocean View Motel is well located to the beach, walking trails, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, all bedding and towels were of good quality and clean. I would highly recommend the Ocean View Motel. Carolyn

My go to place in Perth when staying overnight on my way to Thailand from work or back to work. Near the beach, so if love a walk along pristine coastline, this is it. A nice place, could do with a bit of a refit, but the rooms are great, beds comfortable, I usually do some cooking when staying a while, like this stay, 30+ days. Great value for the location, has Bars, Restaurants, Cafes etc within walking distance, a shopping center 5 minutes away.

It's worth the money it's old and needs a face lift. air-conditioning is very noisy. water pressure weake. The showers are small. cupboards are old. The office was closed at 4 pm. You only talked over the phone. The view is great. WiFi was not available

The fridge had not been cleaned, there was a congealed spill on one shelf.
There were several small cockroaches in my room.
There is an uneven paver on the patio are outside my room (room 1) which caused me to have a fall. Luckily I landed mostly on the grass, but falls are not ideal for older persons.

Great spot near North Beach.
Older hotel that looks like it is in process of updating rooms. Clean room and friendly staff.
Suggest booking a Terrace or Balcony Room with ocean view (rather than a 'triple with kitchenette) so you can enjoy the fresh air and views with privacy.
