It's easy to find, service was good for us

The male owner has anger issues! I am a deaf person and when I arrived to check in after having made a reservation there was a note on the office door stating to call this number and someone would come. It was quite the hassle to get someone to call for me since I cannot use a phone. A husband and wife team arrived I mentioned that it would be good in the future if they could leave a text number so that I could have texted them. At that suggestion the husband lost his cool was very rude loud came out from around the back of the desk yelling at me that he had an emergency at the hospital and he did not care about my problems this continued for some time had I not already had an reservation and was going to be charged for that room I would never have stayed. The wife tried calming him down to no avail finally I said I am a customer and I will be leaving a review give that some thought. Then exited the room and slam the door so hard I thought it was going to break. Very unprofessional when I was merely suggesting a cell number would have helped me a lot instead I had to text some friends to call for me. The room is definitely showing its age the carpet felt sticky the fridge was turned off and took most of the evening to cool down there was no coffee tea or anything for the morning just to empty mugs and a kettle.
