We've stayed at five different Wyndham properties over the last several month and had good experiences at all of them, until this one. We will not be staying here again. To its credit, the exterior of the hotel and the lobby are nice, and the gentlemen at the front desk for check-in was friendly. But then it went sideways from there. If you book any of the add-ons when checking in through the Wyndham app, don't expect them to honor any of it at this hotel - even if it confirmed, approved, and double checked. They book a lot of large groups at this hotel - charter buses, military, etc. and their needs will all take priority over the individual patron or family. They did not even try to help make it right for us, just basically said sorry, the big group needs this and you don't get it, even though I showed them where our add-ons had been confirmed. They didn't even attempt to make it right in any way or be accomodating. The room itself looked nice on the surface, but the bones behind it were not. The mattresses were so used and soft our backs and necks hurt. The bathroom was very small and the showerhead shot water out the top of it across the wall anytime you tried to adjust it. The blackout curtains, were far from blackout. Not helped at all by the spotlight in the parking lot shining directly into the window. Not a big fan of sleeping in a bright room. All that to say, we will never return here again. If you do choose to stay here, I hope you have a lot better luck than we did. It has a lot of great ratings, but our experience was a far cry from a great one.
