I was a little disappointed in the quality of my room. I've stayed at Hampton Inn's many times. The bed, while comfortable, made loud squeaking and popping noises any time I moved. It would wake me up when trying to sleep. I was in a room with 2 queen beds, and both beds had the exact same issue. I don't know if the frame the mattress was on was broken, or what was going on. The hotel was very clean. My room was clean as well as the breakfast area. Front desk staff were courteous. The hotel backs up to University of Oklahoma's airport so it was kind of neat to be able to watch planes take off and land. If that is something that interests you or your child, ask for a room facing the airport. The planes are small, so it wasn't loud. Actually, the air conditioning unit in the room was louder than the planes. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but next time I'll double check the beds before unpacking and getting ready to go to sleep. The hotel is in a shopping/restaurant area, so there are plenty of shopping and food choices.

Staff not willing to work with us on the second day when we needed to check out to get home for a family emergency. they still charged us for the second night.
