When we first checked in, we couldn't stay in the king room I reserved because the air conditioning unit was really noisy. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a new room. Unfortunately, they had no kings left and we had 2 double beds so we slept separately. Not a huge deal. The room was clean. We were put in a room at the very end of the hall by the elevator. At about 5-6am it was hard to sleep from the sound of the elevator by our room.

Disappointing The hotel itself is nice and the staff was great and very polite and the location was convenient especially with IHOP next door. The room appeared to be clean and so did the bathroom. The bed was comfy to sleep on. Here’s what was not great at all: -people smoking **** in the parking lot -the back parking lot was not brightly lit and seemed a lil sketchy -one in bed the comforter had two feces spots on it and the duvet cover was filthy The other bed the comforter had blood spots on it-thankfully the sheets were clean -3 of the 4 bath towels had either blood or feces on them

Overall this was a good hotel, just a couple of things that were not optimal. 1. Elevator broke down, understand things happen but the hotel was sold out and we were on the 4th floor so waiting for the one elevator took a little longer than normal. 2. The beds are not queen, must be full size, tight squeeze for 2 adults. 3. VERY noisy, super thin walls and kids were up and down our hall loud talking, laughing.

The Hotel was clean & had recently been remodeled. but really THE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. They were helpful & police & had great customer service. That was worth so much & now i know i want to stay at a LaQuinta again. I will be looking for the same level of customer service!

Use your swing bar lock. We were sitting in our room watching TV and some random person opens our door with their key card. How does this happen? I assume there are safeguards in place that weren’t followed? I wanted to stay at Holiday Inn but my family wanted to try some place new. That’s my mistake.

NO CLEAN TOWELS!!! This has been my go to hotel when visiting my daughter, I’ve stayed here multiple times but they have really gone downhill in the last few months. Out room not ready for check in, the lady at the front desk was rude every day and worst of all, I was not able to shower because they didn’t have any towels!! We booked a suite for 3 people and got 2 towels. I asked for more because obviously I’m not sharing a towel and was told they didn’t have any and would not have any for a few hours until a laundry person came in.
