When I got to the hotel it smelt very musty and moldy. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but when I got to my room I was disgusted. There was a cockroach in the shower and the room smelt like stinky and wet socks. It is extremely hot and I found dead skin on my bed.

The hotel has a weird smell. I stay at hotels 2-3 times a week for work and this was one of the worst. The gym was disgusting. Staff was nice but that doesn’t make up for a dirty hotel. I’ve been really dissatisfied with Marriott Courtyards lately.

I was shocked at the state of our hotel room. We found our way to our room using my remote key entry key as there was nobody at the front desk. The room had brown stains on the chair, bedskirt and walls. There was a bug in the bathroom I killed. There were holes in the bathroom wall. The bed was hard as a rock. I lt was all unexpected as we are Bonvoy members and frequent Marriotts often. Sad to see at checkout they were offering an extra 5k points for those who leave a raving review. Don’t trust the reviews of this hotel.

This is a very tired looking place. We were there for an extended stay. Our first night we stayed in a room that had no towel racks and only partial shower curtain. When I discussed with front desk , they said they were ripped off and they could send maintenance or give us another room. We were given another room in a prompt manner but were offered no compensation for the inconvenience . I wonder why they would put someone in a room like that? The rooms are in need of deep cleaning . The bed board was streaked, dust under end tables and bathroom fan caked with dust. We used the pool and hot tub which were clean and adequate. The pool bottom has peeling paint. The positives about the hotel are the friendly staff. There is a place to purchase Starbucks and food. It was pricey. The hotel is located in a great location. I was able to walk every day as there are side walks. The hotel is located near shopping , highway, restaurants and grocery stores.

We stayed one night as we were just passing through on our way to Houston. We picked this hotel because there were several restaurants close by. The room was a little small but we slept comfortably. Apparently Courtyards no longer provide complementary breakfast which was ok as we were eating breakfast elsewhere. The stay was ok.

Horrible hotel, I’ve stayed at motels with better customer service than the guy working at this dump. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, the elevator sounds like it is gonna fall whenever you use it, I took the stairs because that thing is unsafe. The fire alarms go off from humidity, which no one tells you so if you take a hot shower and the door is cracked it goes off and won’t stop and the manager won’t do anything about! They act like it’s totally normal! This place is a joke, avoid it if you want to have a decent time.

We just checked into this hotel and it’s terrible. It stinks so bad. The bathroom is very dirty and has bugs in it. Will add photos as soon as I can. The sheets were not even made. I don’t think they cleaned this room. We drove from Dallas Texas and I travel very frequently- this has been the worse experience and worse Marriott hotel I’ve stayed. Very disappointing.

We had a problem with our room. When we asked to speak with a manager, an employee named Kimberly said “ A manager was NOT available.” Upon reviews of this hotel, Kimberly seems to be mentioned a lot in putting the blame on others and NOT handling or wanting to resolve the situation, Sounds like she needs training in customer service.

Booked this hotel based on the restaurant being on site amd upon ck in was told it would be open at 5pm by a woman named Kim. Fast forward the next morning asked to speak with a manager and the same woman named Kim says a manger wasnt available only to find out later on by the cleaning crew Kim was a manger and had another person named Paresha under the plack manager on duty name. Asked for a discount based on the amenities listed on the website that wernt open she told us in front of our kids on spring break it wasn’t her problem and she would make note of our complaint and promptly went back into her office behind the wall and has another person ck us out. Worst management a franchise could hope for and suggest Hilton across the highway
