At check in, the “Asst General Manager” was very rude! She was showing her other two employees that she had AUTHORITY! At dinner for our group, it wasn’t ready at the appropriate time, the chicken was so dry it is like it had been frozen and reheated (and probably was. When our group got halfway through the line, the pasta pan was empty. There were signs for cobbler but no cobbler. After eating , and most of the group was leaving, they brought more pasta. They had brought cobbler while eating but ran out of that too. Entering the lobby area the next morning, I walked by two employees, front desk clerk and the lady taking care of the front food area and neither spoke at all. The ONLY person that was friendly was the cook (I think). But this gentleman also took care of the register. A poor experience and not typical for Hilton Garden Inn. Felt more like a Super 8 experience
