Was at a family reunion for the weekend and I will just have to say my comp hot breakfast was made over the top! Omelets were cooked to perfection warm fluffy eggs topping cooked to perfection! Pancakes light and fluffy!! Our cook James whom was there all weekend did a wonderful job was always friendly no matter how busy! He deserves a raise!

This is a very fine hotel, the only complaint I have at all is the beds are hard. Awesome staff and breakfast too! Great stay.

Outdated, mattress terrible and thin. Day 1 elevator 1 goes down for entire 3 day stay. Day 2 our friend gets stuck in elevator 2. So from upper floor wait ten minutes on average to take elevators during the stay in a sold out hotel. I always stay with Hilton but this hotel is a no for me until he gets an update

This is a dated hotel but has a lot of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. James and Maddy provide excellent made-to-order breakfast items (omelets and pancakes). The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and shopping.

Our company had to stay here for some training. We asked Kaylee who is working the bar for a good place to eat. She told us the best place to go was Benvenuti’s Ristorante. Our staff absolutely love the food at this restaurant. Kaylee was extremely friendly and professional. She is an excellent ambassador for the Embassy Suites. We definitely will stay at Embassy Suites again if you have people like her working at your hotels.

The Embassy Suites team have been amazing, friendly, and phenomenal. Breakfast chefs’ James, Maddy simply the best! World class. The omelette bar was excellent, I never experienced such excellence in a fast moving breakfast bar. Kudos!

Macy at the breakfast bar is a total pro! Amazingly done eggs, tosses like a champion! Very nice breakfast overall, lovely stay, nice pool and hot tub. Evening cocktail drinks can be better, beer n wine are stellar. Will definitely come back again

Just disappointed. Mess on the floor in the hallway that remained there during our 4 nights. Must request room service. The towels were so abrasive. The pillows looked and felt ancient. The breakfast buffet was lacking. Scrambled eggs that were way over cooked. Choices lacking. Now I know why you get a free breakfast and drinks in the evening. Trying to keep you happy.
