Motel 6 Norfolk, VA

This was absolutely the worst motel i have ever visited. Definitely not what we saw in any or their very nice pictures. I would have given ZEROS on everything but location. My bed sheets were dirty. Entire room was nasty. Burn marks over tv stand. Holes in each side of bath door. Sink handle not attached to faucet. Holes in night stand. We checked out approximately 5 hours after checking in. Heating unit was nasty and didnt work.

Very disappointed. False advertisement. There's 4 blocks of units. The front block had been renovated with king beds and new furniture. All other units were still being flipped. Our first night we were given a back room of last unit and it was horrible. The manager was very good to us and gave us what she considered a premium room by the pool on main floor of 3rd block. It was much better but still pricy for what we got. The pool was great and well maintained. The washing machines worked but dryers were out of order. Discount chain with many locals renting rooms. There we some homeless individuals sleeping in the 3 golf carts. Suspicious vehicles with darkened car windows circulating the perimeters at various hours of the day and night. We had the room booked for 4 nights and left after 3. About 20 to 25 minute drive from Virginia Beach boardwalk.

My first trip at this motel 6 and I loved it the staff was awesome they were friendly the maintenance man were very helpful with the issues that I had with my TV they were fast and reliable I will come visit this location anytime I'm in town thank you for the great stay

This hotel is a rip off! The lady that works during the day is incompetent, and the gentleman that works in the afternoon is incompetent! None of the staff know the policy or procedures and the manager is never around, but they are quick to charge your credit card. I would not leave my dog in this hotel overnight!

The lady Ashanti at the front desk was very nice and helpful and was very attentive to our needs as guest. The rooms were very clean compared to the other hotels in the area. The covers were warm. i like the bew upgraded pillows as well.

When I come from nc to visit my family I always book with motel 6 I enjoy staying here because they are always prepared they always have rags towels rooms are clean it’s just a pleasant stay all around the staff makes you feel so welcomed and they are super friendly

Dirty room and motel. Lock broke and missing. Tv not working when arrive. No mirror above the bathroom sink. No towels or clean sheets on 2nd day. Furniture damaged and broke. Trash can outside door overflowing. No coffee told to walk to convenience store. Bad bad bad.

Great customer service. The front desk was amazing. She help me when there was no rooms anywhere and me and husband travel from South Carolina. We was down for a funeral. The rooms was nice and had a big bed.

Non-smoking room reeks of smoke. Grounds in a sorry state; sad aquarium. Ice makers broken. Room oddly laid out; cable box requires contortions to work. Location awesome, too bad they couldn't do the upkeep. Beach is feet away.
