Unfortunately had to leave and book another hotel. Unfriendly staff, broken door lock, lights didn't work and very unclean.

It's a beautiful hotel very down-to-earth staff very helpful they allowed me to check in early when I got done with my surgery it's a very quiet clean hotel and my only complaint is their juice is basically water with a little bit of color in it there is not really you just consent to it but everything else was amazing so no complaint

Bed small, bad breakfast, poor attitude from front desk, wouldn't help me with THERE VENDING MACHINES! Found a couple of roach's in the bathroom not keeping the room to the temperature, pretty much just waffles, and juice nasty, blankets had burns holes, towels were pretty small,

➕Pleasant Front Desk Clerk ➕Bed was comfortable ⛔️Website photos/description was nicer than in person. ⛔️Difficult to get to & no office sign ⛔️TV didn’t work ⛔️ AC didn’t stay on ⛔️1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 1/2 bottle of shampoo/ bathroom fan made a horrible noise ⛔️Guests above us had kids stomping around after midnight ⛔️ Waffles had a sour taste to them , sausage gravy tasted like liver

Requested a smoke free room. Asthmatic daughter couldn’t breathe after we checked in due to the room reeking of smoke. Sheets were stained yellow, and trash cans already had things in them. The AC didn’t work. Blew mildly coolish air and made an awful noise. Only stayed for about 30 minutes total. Still waiting on a refund.

Shower needs repair, heater causes smoke alarm to go off. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Entire motel and grounds needs a good cleaning. Bed was comfortable. TV had issues and needs replaced. Property was quiet.

Housekeeper entered my room without knocking or announcing entry while I was undressed. She did not immediately exit when she realized her error. Apparently she has been talked to for this behavior in the past. But rather than being dismissed, she repeats it. Not cool.

Room was dirty. No towels. No heat. No options for breakfast. We will not be staying here again. The price was way to high for the condition of the rooms and building. No heat in November in Nebraska is not ok. Had to go buy a space heater for the room

Facility is old and smells like it. Moldy A/C units in two rooms. I asked for a different room after the first night and the second room had a moldy A-C unit as well. I would never recommend this hotel. Hot items for breakfast was cold.
