Falta Dirección y renovación total
Nefasta atención a la llegada. En la web ponía 13 h y de malas maneras me dijeron que se lo enseñara como así hice. En vez de facilitar actuaron poco menos q regañándonos y sin buscar ninguna solución. Lamentable. El hotel está parado en los años 70, el desayuno sin surtir, no reponen. Si eres exigente ni se te ocurra ir, muy mediocre.

La estancia excelente, el personal muy amable, el lugar idílico. Solo he echado de menos para la total excelencia una neverita en la habitación donde guardar mis medicinas (insulina). Sitio ideal para descansar.

Lo mejor la atención, lo peor esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas no llega ni a 2 eso si la atención es de 5 estrellas las habitaciones muy sencillas y el desayuno bufet muy cortito buenas vistas y la atención del chico por la tarde desde resaltar precio no adecuado

No está mal el hotel, pero deja que desear para ser un 4****. La chica de recepción de ojos claros es buenísima y atenta, muy encantadora, tuvo el detalle de darle un paquete de mini bizcochos para celíacos, ya que sabía que a la vuelta no iba a encontrar nada en el viaje de vuelta. Nuestras felicitaciones para ella. Al igual que mo podemos decir lo mismo del señor que está de noche, hay que ser un poco más humanitario con personas que no pueden comer todos los alimentos. No se puede ser tan extremista con que no se puede sacar alimentos del comedor, cuando sabe de antemano que comer algo a las 5 de la mañana es casi imposible. Por otro lado felicitar a los camareros Adán y al chico de los tatus, encantadores y comprensible al problema que tiene mi señora. Muchas gracias por todas las molestias ocasionadas

He ido varias veces porque cuenta con un aparcamiento excelente y se puede ir a comer a última hora sin problema de reservas. Pero la verdad es que una vez pides los platos empiezas a ponerte de mal humor: carnes secas pasadas de mas, cordero guisado incomible y , en general, una cocina que no da la talla para los precios que tiene
