It's actually not bad. However, the tissues in the room are empty and there is no one at the front desk, so you can't check in without calling. If you don't have a SIM card with a phone number, you'll be stuck, so it's better to ask for the number of the key box behind the building when you make your reservation. The location is pretty good. It's in front of the station and you can easily get into the old town.

Albergo senza infamia e lode, buona la posizione ma i servizi pari a zero accoglienza inesistente , non è possibile fare colazione, i materassi e cuscini completamente sfondati, acqua calda sanitaria ok e temperatura interna alla camera accettabile ma non regolabile

Not a knock out - it’s a lock out!
Hotel locked on arrival. No advance warning that reception was not staffed. Supposed to open at 3 so went back then. No one turned up. Called a number stuck on the door and eventually got instructions on how to enter via the back door using a key pad number. Pity nobody thought to email that in advance. All in all, a total shambles. A place to avoid.

Ein absolut ekelhaftes Hotel. Leider werden hier die Handtücher vom Vortag, welche auf den Boden geworfen werden, wieder aufgehangen.
Als das Thema angesprochen wurde, wurde dieser Missstand auf den momentanen Stress geschoben. Was absolut nicht geht. Ich kann jedem dieses Hotel abraten. Absolut unhygienisch.

Für Zwischenübernachtung gut geeignet. Bei Zimmer Vorderseite muss man mit nächtlichen Straßenlärm rechnen. Frühstück angenehm .

Terrible!! Is worst than hostel. Cannot get in and no information before check in. Only found out at the entrance and then need to call and get a key from a Dropbox. Entered a very Smelly entrance, the lift smell even worst. Only got email two days before check in there is no breakfast, too late to cancel. Is a scam!!!

No hotel staff whatsoever. Wifi sucks. TV works a few hours a day. Just woke up at 2am to, at least, five besbugs eating me. Called the property, management is in Augsburg (a city 40 minutes away). Said I had to wait until hotel staff gets here, at aprox 6am. I only want my lugagge sanitized and go as far away from here as I possibly can. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER coming near this place.

abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel durante una gita sulla romantische Straße. stanza pulita ma troppo rumorosa, a causa della vicinanza con una strada ad alto scorrimento. buona colazione. da rinnovare il display per poter ritirare le chiavi della stanza, praticamente sbiadito, siamo andati ad intuito. per il resto buona struttura e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
