I had a reservation at another hotel for my 4th holiday. Upon arrival I noticed the property was a little untidy but checked in. That did not share that there was no hot water and had no idea when it would return. I had to check out and Michelle at the Radisson was so empathetic and helpful I will not stay anywhere else when I have to come to ATL. I had paid for a room elsewhere and was frustrated and dirty and she apologized and helped me and my family. Michelle is a phenomenal asset to that facility and her company

Excellent service and clean
We are coming from another hotel which we decided to cancel due to cleanliness. Country Inn maybe “older” than the other hotels (no USB connections), but they certainly compensated for other things. Room is clean and beds very neatly made. Friendliness of the staff is also excellent…Carlos, you are awesome. Very accommodating and made our terrible experience with the other hotel much better. Would highly recommend for those who values cleanliness over our “modern” needs.
