No door to bathroom. Guy at front desk made me cash app him $15 for my wife to stay and after i asked for a late checkout and was told it was ok he had a employee knock every 5 minutes saying to pay or leave and then with ten minutes left before check out time be the. Had another employee come and tell us to leave right away or be was calling the cops. We did nothing to break any of thel property rules and stayed inside the entire time. Other occupants were yelling early in the morning and fighting with other occupants about ***** kids yelling and screaming. Save your money. I was better off sleeping in my car.

Do not stay here. This place is nasty and they tell lies. I stayed there one night myself with one dog,,,and went to stay again,and they told me that I was on the do not stay list and I already paid through trip.com which did not refund me my money either..the motel told them I had several guest and 3 dogs. This a big lie. I was alone with one tiny dog. Which they do allow pets keep in mind. ..and then said I left and refuses to pay a 350$ fine. That is a lie. They never said one word to me. These people lie. I wouldn't suggest this place for no one neither trip.com

I Accidentally book the due to another hotel resembling their name Anyway my mistake Yes But really this is the 2nd time they have done this on an honest mistake Shame on me in this one definitely I honestly was crossing eyed hitting this hotel again OMG it hurt me to the CORE knowing I accidentally hit this hotel knowing they we’re going to deny my refund In the famous words from Floo from GoodTimes DAAAM DAAAAM DAAAM!!! With being homeless This doesn’t feel to Great To see even businesses out here has gotten worse towards people that try to support. But that’s just how it is now

What’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed. But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules WOW okay. So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience. O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location. It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS

First thing the doors don’t lock so someone broke in our room while we were gone came back door wide open. Thank god I take all my belongings with me every time I leave because of these reasons. The beds were nasty.
