they took me $53 in the bank. i called them 2 times but they did not resolve and denied that.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay in Hilton properties all over the country. There are several reasons for this negative review. 1. After checking in for my stay, my plans changed and I needed to add a second night. I went to the front desk and extended my stay. I come to find out that my rate increased by $92. The front desk clerk never told me that my rate was going to increase. Also, there appeared not to be an increase in occupancy from night 1. Clearly they took advantage of me extending my stay. 2. The gym did not have any sanitary wipes to clean the equipment, which tells me I was using dirty equipment. Not Acceptable. 3. I left the property with several bites on my ankles and stomach. Overall, the property is not up to Hilton standards that Diamond Members have come to expect.

My go-to hotel when visiting family in Georgia. The employees are so friendly and they all go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. The suites are huge and very clean. It was so nice having a kitchen and extra bathroom. We requested a specific suite (handicapped) and Eugene at the front desk made sure we got the room we wanted. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We walked in couldn’t find anybody at the front counter for about 10 minutes we finally checked in went to our room on the third day we lost half the power at three in the afternoon. Couple hours later we lost all power did not come on until 930 that night. went to the front desk to ask them for a refund for this night. They said they weren’t able to provide me a refund. I’d have to call the main office. Totally dissatisfied with a Hilton.

Dimetria was a star during our stay! She even sang a fun birthday song to my hubby on his 50th!! We haven’t forgotten about you! We will definitely stay here again! Everything was amazing! They pack a lot of home necessities in the spacious rooms!! Thank you so much!!

Large stains on the couch, mattress, mattress pad. Dirty carpet. Rest of room was worn/old. Pool towels were threadbare. Grill was filthy. Found another room down the road -at another three star hotel- that was high quality.

Our family booked this hotel because we were attending a funeral. I requested early check in and was granted that, which made our transition from a long drive bearable. Saffron and Sabrina at the front desk could not have been more attentive and concerned for our well being and comfort. The room was spacious and comfortable and the amenities were simple but sufficient with the exception of the shampoo which was empty. Air conditioning worked well. The lobby space was comfortable and light breakfast would give you a good start to your day.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Stayed 30 days and only had one change of sheets. Not good. Although they have a free breakfast, the choice is always the same. Waffles, breakfast sandwich, cereal and occasionally breakfast bowels. Very disappointing, routine. Very busy on weekends. Had three incidents with guest fighting in their rooms, but allowed to stay. Overall, I know the staff works hard and for that I'm greatful. But not enough to stay at the location again.

This is our second time at this location. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. There was an issue with multiple families in our group who arrived to find their booked rooms had been given to other guests. Thankfully we did not have this issue. We did a pre check-in and room selection on the Hilton Honors app. Our group consisted of many many families in town for a sport stacking tournament and the athletes were able to use a hotel conference room for practice the night before.
