Jeovana was awesome! So friendly and present and accommodating, and took her time with me the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are nice. Plus it’s Atlanta so there are only like 10,000 options as far as where you want to eat lol definitely recommend.

Terrible experiencia, llegamos a la 1am del 01 de junio y a las 8am recibimos una llamada de la policia diciendo que habían roto la ventana de mi auto que estaba estacionamiento en la zona de al frente del hotel y que supuestamente estaba cercado. Nunca llegó el manager del hotel ni el front desk manager. Tuvimos que limpiar todo solo nos dieron toallas. Hoy día recibí una llamada del manager y ni siquiera quiso devolvernos el dinero de las horas que pasamos en el hotel con la policia y limpiando el auto. Salimos ese mismo día del hotel. Hoy recibí una llamada y un correo indicándome que lo lamentan pero que ni siquiera me pueden devolver la primera estadía de noche del hotel.

I did not líke the hotel. To be more expecific The young lady at the reception. She does not look líke some one who works there, she was on her hoodie. That is a very bad appearance por you guys. I have been to other hotels and the receptionist dress formally, I decided to go to another hotel.

An awesome hotel .. great check in the room was clean and comfortable beds The pool was outstanding.. warm clean.. large enough for a lap swim The breakfast was well maintained with many choices! Definitely would recommend! The staff and other guests were friendly and professional

Checked in and realized toilet was running non stop. I had several other team members renting rooms so we brought a lot of business to this hotel. I advised the front desk at approximately 1:00 pm that I needed my toilet fixed and they advised ok. Upon arriving back to my room at 7:00 pm. Toilet was never fixed and instead we had to pack everything back up and change rooms because they advised they didn’t have any maintenance available. Worst stay ever. Bed was hard and area is run down.

Our stay here was excellent. Check in was very quick. All the staff were great and hospitable. All of my crew members said they had a good night sleep. And that all the room were clean. Over all stay here was fantastic.

This hotel should be 2 star. From the moment I walked into the lobby I could tell this was an unkept establishment. It looked old and the furniture was in poor condition. It was so alarming, I asked to see my room prior to checking in. They obliged, the room was subpar, however the bathroom was unacceptable, holes in wall, stains in tub and wall, shower curtain looked old. I couldn't imagine taking a shower in there so I asked for a refund. The manger was rude and refused. I went over his head since this is a Hilton property and they gave a refund with no problem.

Good times here, funny people and funny times too, some scary moments all in all good ending. The hotel is gated, different faces now and some familiar faces. The customer service is top notch and miss some of them. Everything is nearby and loved the gated area nearby with diamond parking and always welcomed as a diamond member. Thank you.

The staff was very cordial while in the midst of computers down, still checking customers in. The property was immaculate. The room was terrific. The pool and swimming pool were enjoyed. Our next family trip to Norcross will be spent at this property.
