Meh, stay somewhere else Unfortunately while the room was clean it was pretty shabby with a dip in the middle of the floor. You roll in to the middle of the bed at night. The hallway was all ripped up and caused tripping when trying to get our luggage to our room. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. We could not even eat it. Staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency or anything. Took a good while to come out the back, no apologies or anything. Overall not a good experience and will not stay here again.

The accommodations were satisfactory, with the exception of the excessive noise from children running around immediately before my bedtime and again in the morning. Approximately 15 children were observed in close proximity to the rooms surrounding mine. It is likely that there were 25 individuals occupying the rooms, as they appeared to be related. I frequently express a desire for a more effective means of enforcing noise regulations, as the disturbance persisted until approximately 10:00 p.m. and resumed at around 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. on subsequent days. This persistent noise has significantly impacted my sleep, particularly during the second day when I had to return to work. Consequently, I have consistently chosen to stay at the Holiday Inn for both business and leisure purposes. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. I hope my comments provide some helpful information. Incidentally, I believe that the property could benefit from the installation of additional surveillance cameras strategically placed on the rear of the premises, excluding the front area. I have previously contacted the management and expressed my concerns, but unfortunately, my complaints have not resulted in any meaningful action.
