We holidayed with family from interstate for a week, meeting them in Queensland. We all thoroughly enjoyed apartment no:15 which was beautifully decorated and spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We overlooked the pool area and beautiful tropical gardens. The location is great having easy access to the ferry and cafe's. It was nice and quiet with easy safe parking. Highly recommend. Thank-you for a lovely relaxing stay !

Love this place - have stayed here twice now in their two best apartments. Luxurious and modern with decor straight out of a designer magazine ! Property Manager John was great to deal with and very informative. Walking distance to everything you need e.g: Restaurants, Boat Hire, Ferry to Noosa Heads. Quiet considering the location. We are very fussy with our accommodation but this place ticks all the boxes - would highly recommend.

Sandy Beach Resort is a very relaxing place to stay. The Noosa river and parklands to stroll in are across the road. It’s within easy reach of good restaurants and the shopping centre is not far away. John the manager is very obliging and friendly and every request was seen to immediately.

We have just spent 9 wonderful days at the Sandy Beach Resort. Our unit was immaculately presented (spotlessly clean, well equipped with all necessities…) and it was in close proximity to the river frontage, a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the peace and beauty that is synonymous with Noosaville. Although ours was one of several units in the complex, the environment at Sandy Beach Resort was conducive to a relaxing and restful time. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this beautiful place.

All up to usual high standard, having stayed here regularly over past 20 years. Apartment was recently renovated, which was excellent. Very well located opposite Noosa river and close to local cafes and restaurants. We had friends with us this year, and they were equally impressed.

Perfect location, nice clean apartments. Bed was saggy in the middle, topper helped a little. Kids loved the pools and spa. We booked units 22 and 5, one for the pools and one for the river view, it worked perfect. Unit 5 was a bit old, unit 22 was nice and modern.
