It’s on Hastings Street! Prime location across the beach. Clean, comfortable with a/c working well. It’s excellent for a short stay and best price across Hastings street. Book in parking as so worth it. Resto downstairs (Piccolino) had super delicious pizzas and amazing cocktails. Highly recommend!

There is no one at reception for when you check in/out which in theory shouldn’t be a problem but the key box my keys were left in was not opening and I was told to wait for it to reset. After about 20 minutes and only when other people were also struggling did someone come to help us. I had a room that was above the bar which you could hear in the evening. But the location is amazing, to a point where I would stay again and overlook the above issues just to be 2 minutes from the beach.

Be aware that as there is no onsite reception even if you select the pay at property option, the money is taken from your account as soon as you enter the non cancellation period.
A check in code is supposed to be sms’d on the day of check in but we didn’t receive one and at 2pm (check in time) as we had no messages back from the ******* chat we had to ask the waiter at the onsite restaurant if he could help us. They finally messaged us a few hours later to say we should have received a code. Extremely poor communication. The phone number listed is disconnected, the air con unit leaked all over the floor and it was soaked!
Only positive was the location.
