We loved our 4 night stay in a 3 bedroom apartment at The Rise Noosa. A great location - close to Hastings street one direction and the Junction the other. The apartment was really clean and well presented - fabulous views from the balcony. Loved the space and the split level gives a real sense of space. A great base for stating in Noosa.

Our stay at The Rise in Noosa was absolute perfection. The spacious apartment featured a luxurious bed, sleek modern design, and a private balcony with sweeping views of Noosa and the ocean beyond — the perfect place to unwind. The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We especially loved the proximity to Hastings Street and the beach, making it easy to dip into the buzz of town before retreating back to peace and quiet. A seamless, stylish, and truly memorable stay!

We could not have been happier with our apartment at The Rise. Opening the door for the first time and seeing that view was a real wow moment! Everything was very clean and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all you need, even a coffee machine and sandwich press. Great TV and comfortable furniture; lots of space. Underground parking was safe and secure and serviced by lifts. The absolute stand out though is the incredible view of the river and the sea beyond; amazing sunsets full of birdsong that you will not believe. Very friendly, helpful staff on reception.

Beautiful views at a top level apartment but lots of steps! The apartment is spacious and on two levels and we each had a bathroom which was nice. I imagine this would be ideal for families. A short walk down to Hastings street and back up however no lifts connecting from ground to level 2 was a killer. Every now and then you really wanted that option! Non serviced also meant one threadbare towel each for the week which I understand is probably standard but I think given the price could be upgraded. Only other thing is the apartment just needed a really deep clean and some paint touch up’s and removal of small stains on couches/cushions just to support the 4.5 star rating. Nice pool area with shade. Nice property but possibly not right for us.
