Stayed 5 nights. I loved the first apartment I was given. Unfortunately after spending a little bit of time in there I discovered there was a family next to my room and the children were very loud, with tantrums and running around and stomping on the floor, and the walls were paper thin so I could hear everything. Not the relaxing peaceful stay I had hoped for. I spoke to the owner couple and they seemed surprised, and were hesitant to speak to the family and tell them to keep it down. There seems to be no noise rule at this property like others I’ve stayed at. So they moved me to an apartment I didn’t like near as much as the first. I was disappointed. Especially as I’d paid good dollars. The location was great though.

My husband & I enjoyed the stay in the spacious room with a lovely view from the balcony!
It is walkable to Hasting street, yet it's nestled in a quiet area, it was a perfect getaway for us.

Stayed with 4 friends in a 3BR Penthouse & 2 BR apartment for 3 nights & it was a perfect arrangement for us. The units are large & very well appointed. As previous reviews have mentioned there are no lifts so with that plus the steep 15 min walk down to Hastings Street we had plenty of exercise! Only negative I can think of is that the pool wasn’t very inviting, it could do with an upgrade/resurfacing.

The only negative for us was the substandard WIFI . Sometimes at night watching Netflix it was very patchy . Otherwise it was great

We had a great holiday at Bali Hai.
Our apartment was spacious, very clean and we had a fantastic view from our balcony.
Michael was friendly, but wasn’t always contactable by phone.
A little disappointed that the spa didn’t work.
Very steep driveway but great undercover parking.
