Ich kann schon nicht mehr zählen, wie oft wir schon hier waren-es ist immer wieder wunderbar! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, im Bad gibt es genügend Abstellfläche, große flauschige (und ausreichend!) Handtücher. Der Service ist perfekt, alle sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Fantastisch ist auch der Sonnenliegengarten (wobei ich hier einen Abstrich mache -20€ pro Tag für Hotelgäste finde ich nicht ok!) Dass man uns jedoch ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Zimmer der 10. Etage mit Balkon gemacht hat, weil das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, macht das schon wieder wett! Alles in allem TOP!

Extrem aufmerksame Betreuung der Reception besonders von Sakia Handgraaf. Tolle Lage direkt am sauberen, breiten Sandstrand. Vielseitige Gastronomie, besonders Breakers in den Dünen und die tolle Bar. La Terrasse mäßiger Service und sonderbare Speisekarte. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick. Riesiger Parkplatz

Een heel mooi (gelegen) hotel met uitstraling. Vriendelijk personeel, heel mooi gerestaureerde kamers en een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt. Het hotel heeft tevens leuke en gezellige restaurants en een mooie klassieke bar. Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan zee, met mooie (zonnen) terrassen, waar ook drank en kleine gerechten worden geserveerd. Het op het strand gelegen Breakers Beach House behoort ook bij het hotel, waar ook heerlijk gelaunched, geluncht en gedineerd kan worden. Alles is zeer schoon en goed verzorgt.

Grand Hotel is een prachtig hotel op een fantastische locatie. Wij verbleven in een nieuw gerenoveerde kamer met uitzicht op zee – schitterend! De kamer was erg schoon en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Ook het personeel in het hotel was over het algemeen erg vriendelijk. We dineerden twee keer in restaurant Breakers en één keer in Latour – alle drie de keren was het culinair genieten van hoge kwaliteit met uitstekende service. Bij aankomst viel het ons echter op dat we wat koel werden onthaald. We kwamen rechtstreeks van een wandelvakantie in Duitsland en droegen rugzakken, wat blijkbaar niet de norm is bij de receptie. Zowel de portier als het baliepersoneel reageerden afstandelijk, wat jammer was. Ook het feit dat ons werd gevraagd of we de kamer elke dag wilden laten schoonmaken, voelde wat ongepast voor een hotel van dit niveau. Dit werd gepresenteerd als duurzaam, maar schoonmaken hoeft niet per se met agressieve middelen te gebeuren. Bij vertrek misten we opnieuw een warme benadering. Ter vergelijking: in het Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg, waar we vlak daarvoor verbleven, voelden we ons direct welkom – daar kregen we zelfs water mee voor onze wandeling. Samengevat: een prachtig verblijf met hoogstaande faciliteiten, maar met ruimte voor verbetering in de gastvrijheid bij ontvangst en afscheid.

Rundum schönes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Die Restaurants Latour und Breakers Beach House sind exzellent. Der Parkplatz ist großzügig dimensioniert. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne, entspannte Zeit verbracht. Den Punkt Abzug bekommt das Frühstück, welches zum Vorjahr sowohl von den Räumlichkeiten als auch von der Qualität abfällt. So gibt es Konfitüre z.B. nur aus dem Spender und Omelett aus dem Eikanister. Einem Haus das sich Nachhaltigkeit auf die Fahne schreibt sind die industriell verarbeiteten Lebensmittel nicht würdig.

Reservatie is zeer vlot verlopen. Goede ontvangst aan de receptie en een mooie , nette kamer. Iedereen was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt ook. Zeker voldoende en ruim aanbod. Rustige, gezellige sfeer. Dit nodigt uit om terug te komen.

Het hotel is mooi gelegen aan het strand. De ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. De kamer is ruim en mooi ingericht. Een goed bed en heerlijke douche. Ruim uitgebreid ontbijt. We zijn zeer tevreden naar huis gegaan.
