Tout est parfait. Chambres et lit très confortables. Emplacement de 1er choix. Staff très aimable et efficace. Propre. Wifi ok. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Salon agréable pour papoter ou se reposer. Bref, j'y reviendrai encore et encore.

Hoewel ook andere jaren heerlijk verbleven hier, nu met upgrade naar historische deel van hotel mogen gaan. Heerlijk ruime kamer, alles prachtig afgewerkt en van hoge kwaliteit. Dagelijks even iemand aan de deur met vraag of er nog wensen waren ten aanzien van kamer en toebehoren (eenmalig lag ik in bad en kwam men toch binnen, dat hoeft dan weer niet ;)), maar an sich een hele fijne service. Kortom alles is gericht op ontspannen en optimaal gebruik van een heerlijke kamer. En het allermooiste was natuurlijk het uitzicht op de zee, die voort klotst in eindeloze deining.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel, Noordwijk for a charity event and stayed on for an extra night. The location is brilliant and service really excellent. A real 5 star experience and a great location for a weekend or mid week getaway. Really nice restaurant “Breakers” down on the beach. And a comfortable bar in the hotel for evening cocktails. Room was large and comfortable and a good pool and gym. Noorwijk is quite lively and some good shopping nearby. Just the place to chill out for a couple of days!

Wir waren schon über 10mal im Huis ter Duin und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Das Grandhotel mit seinem altmodischen, aber gediegenen Flair verströmt eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist gut geschult, das man immer einen Parkplatz hat, ist sehr beruhigend, der Außenbereich ist ein Highlight und die Zimmer sind mittlerweile alle modernisiert. Der einzige Negativpunkt war dieses Mal der Situation der Aufzüge, einer stand total still und der andere machte was er wollte. Aber das wird man wohl in den Griff bekommen. Das Latour, (Sternelokal im Haus) ist jedesmal ein Muss. Bis zum nächsten Jahr 👍🏼

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Es liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Essen war wirklich gut. Leider gab es jedoch zwei Probleme, die ich erwähnen möchte. Erstens: Der Reinigungsservice war nicht wie erwartet. Obwohl ein Schild ab 10.00uhr(grün Licht) daran erinnerte, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte, wurde es bis 16:30 Uhr nicht gemacht. Erst zu diesem Zeitpunkt wollte das Reinigungspersonal das Zimmer betreten. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel finde ich das etwas ungewöhnlich. Zweitens: Ich wollte im Spa eine Massage buchen, aber es war niemand dort, um den Termin zu vereinbaren. Der Herr an der Rezeption sagte, er würde mich diesbezüglich kontaktieren, aber leider hat niemand angerufen und ich konnte keine Massage buchen. Trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten ist das Hotel insgesamt empfehlenswert, aber der Service sollte für ein Hotel dieser Klasse besser sein. Hoffentlich hilft dir das!

Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter den Dünen. Der Blick auf den wunderschönen Strand ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Restaurant im Breakers ist sehr gut und hat ein tolles Ambiente. Ich und mein Hund haben die eine Woche sehr genossen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Een vijfsterrenhotel op een prachtige locatie! Alleen gelden die 5 sterren voor de locatie en niet voor het hotel. Het is het allemaal net niet. Kamer gedateerd, badkamer helemaal en tv deed het niet. In en uitchecken loopt niet soepel. Er wordt begrip gevraagd als de kamer om 15.30 (al erg laat!!) nog niet klaar is maar bij het uitchecken is een half uurtje langer absoluut niet mogelijk! In Breakers en La Terrasse loopt het ook niet echt soepel. Veel onervaren goedbedoelende studenten. En, je moet niet bang zijn voor muizen want tijdens het diner liepen de muizen door het restaurant. Ontbijt was uitstekend! Kortom, leuk hotel maar van 5 sterren verwacht je ook dat het perfect is. Tijden veranderen maar hier lijkt de tijd wat dat betreft te hebben stilgestaan.

Fantastisch hotel, vriendelijk, attent en professioneel personeel. Ook verschillende geweldige restaurants. Deze keer gegeten bij Latour, dat is echt een ervaring. Prachtige kamers, uitzicht op zee... Ik ga hier beslist weer terugkomen.

We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Catering was goed verzorgt en vriendelijke bediening. Heerlijk geslapen in ruime kamer met zeezicht. De ligging is natuurlijk prachtig. Stijlvol en gastvrij, Met de grandeur van een Grand Hotel.
