We stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Schiphol Airport, which makes it ideal for travellers on a stopover. While it is a bit further out from the city centre, the hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle.
There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Amsterdam Zuid is the closest train station and can be reached directly from the airport. It also offers quick and easy access to the city.
We had both a twin room and a king room. Both were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a good variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay.
Housekeeping, including towel changes and room cleaning, is available on request, which suited us well. A lovely touch was when the team noticed it was my dad’s birthday and surprised him with some chocolates and a birthday greeting. It was a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, this was a great stay. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter location that still has convenient transport links to the city and the airport, along with good value for money.

The hotel is a little far from the city, but we drove there and it was OK, and there was no parking fee on Saturday. We booked two rooms, and the toilet in one of the rooms had a sewer smell.

The room is very spacious. There were some minor problems at the front desk when checking in, but they were all resolved. The hotel breakfast is good, and the dessert bread is delicious. Fengdu, I will still choose this hotel next time I attend an exhibition.

The room is large enough and well-equipped with all facilities. There is plenty of light. But the two small beds are put together to make a big bed. Doesn't the hotel have a big bed room? I'm a little curious. And a warm reminder: the lamps falling above the two small beds have the risk of falling, and it is easy to make people feel unsafe. Other aspects are good.
