房間很大 定的套房 有送很多飲料
但是他們在打掃的時候把我唯一的充電線弄丟了 我不得已得去買新的充電線 跟前台反覆溝通 他們完全不放在心上 我住了五天 第一天就被他們弄丟了 到最後一天 他們都沒有主動來找我 是我退房的時候問 他們才説沒找到 也沒道歉 打掃衞生也是 很多東西都不打掃 時間也不固定 經常在你睡午覺的時候來打掃 還會破門而入 有一次中午我在睡覺 他們按了四次鈴聲+前台打電話 非要把我吵醒….問題是我早上已經出去過了 他們不打掃 非要在中午1-2點期間打掃 真的很無語🙄
出差還是別定了吧 平添諸多事端

定了套房 有免費飲料 房間巨大無比
但是清潔人員把我充電線弄丟了 我也衹有一條 沒有任何跟進 沒有道歉 沒有賠償 我在這住了五天 直到最後一天我checkout問他們 他們才説哦問了所有人確實沒找到….就這樣…我因為這件事情還需要重新花錢在當地買充電線 他們沒有提出任何解決方案 也沒有指引我在哪可以買
而且清潔時間非常不固定 還非常執着於吵醒你
我早上吃完早飯就出門開會了 中午回來房間沒有任何清潔 然後下午一點我開始睡午覺 期間按門鈴四次 私自進來一次 最後前台打電話來一次 我本來迷迷糊糊很累 直接把我吵醒了起來跟他們説能不能晚一點來
然後清潔也是 很多東西都沒有扔掉（包括垃圾桶）
衹能説商務不太適合 真的會讓人覺得這趟旅行很麻煩 酒店會給你製造很多麻煩
而且check in至少花了20分鐘在那排隊！！本來就很累了 還要在那站着拿行李等 無法理解 效率特別慢 我google評價了 他們回覆説這個服務不是代表性的 我請問呢 住的套房 五天 都是這個服務還不夠代表性麼？
除了房間大有免費飲料 其他真的很不推薦 服務太差了

房間夠大，可惜4星級酒店的冰箱也鎖起來過分。有游泳池和桑拿。。前台服務很好。酒店太大，走很久才到房間。
