I can only say amazing things about our relaxing stay at this magical property. Great place to reconnect with family. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night and experiencing the natural beauty of Noojee during the day. A very special part of Victoria. We will be booking to stay again!!

Awesome place. The setting and accommodation are perfect for a romantic getaway and a few days to unwind and recharge! The service was great and communications with the owners were responded to quickly. Local attractions provided plenty for the more adventurous to explore

Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Toorongo River, the house was incredibly spacious, perfect for accommodating two families, and equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful, natural setting with peace and tranquility. Could use some little extras such as body gel, extra tea towels and a small brush and pan. Sliding fly screen door to decking needs fixing. Loved our stay and will come back

We booked the Tree Fern Chalet from February 1st to 4th. On our arrival we first had to realize that it is not a detached cottage, but two cottages built together, I think the other is the Manna Gum Chalet. Afterwards we were horrified by the external condition of the building, which was unkempt and covered with cobwebs in many places. Unfortunately, the interior was not bright and friendly as shown on the Internet, but made a gloomy impression. And when we also observed a spider crawling into the sofa, we decided not to stay there. We wrote a message to Belinda explaining why we didn't stay and asked if we could get a part of the costs refunded, unfortunately we didn't get an answer.
